Auto Lights Return Policy

*CR Automotive Parts accepts authorized returns within 30 days of delivery.

* A 15% Restocking Fee May apply. A customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 * No returns after 45 Days.

 

CR Automotive parts Do Not cover any Labor Expenses.

 

  • All returns must be authorized by us . Please complete an Online RMA Form 
  • If you received an incorrect or defective part, you may return it for an exchange or replacement.  CR will ship the replacement part as soon the returned part is on its way back to us. 
  • If arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement. If a Replacement is not available, we will provide Return shipping label and issue a full refund /Credit, once received. Proof of damage may be provided by photos.
  • Returned Lights must be in same condition and shipped in their original packages and shipping boxes. If the original box is not available, the Light must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping. We cannot issue a refund for items that return to our facility damaged, missing mounting tabs, missing parts ie: ballast, modules, xenon bulb, deep scratches on the lens / cracked lens.

 

  • CR Automotive Parts identifies all its parts to ensure you are returning the same part you purchased from us. Look for a sticker with our name on it “CR Automotive Parts” and the words “Do Not Remove “usually located on the back and bottom housing of the part. This sticker should not be removed. Any part returned without this identification will not be accepted.
  • Please be aware that once we authorize the return, The item must be received within 14 Days. Otherwise The RMA will be canceled automatically and the return will be closed.

Auto Lights Warranty Policy

  • 90 Days Warranty on all our Recycled / LKQ OEM Auto Lights.

  • 1 Year Warranty on All our Reconditioned Auto Lights.

Warranty is limited to replacement, repair at the option of the seller. Warranty does not cover expense in removal or replacement of a non-functional part.
